Overview :

One of the most visited cities in Gujarat, Bhuj is home to a number of historical monuments, a lively culture and a historically rich past. You should also visit one of the oldest museums in Gujarat, which is the Kutch museum. Taking you through Gujarat’s exciting past, the museum is also home to Kshatrapa inscriptions and the now extinct Kutchi script. The museum is located along the beautiful Hamirsar Lake and is a must-visit. Do also head to Aina Museum. The palace also houses a number of rare and stunning artefacts and paintings from around the world and is a treat to explore, especially if you are an art enthusiast. This small city packs in a lot for travellers and a couple of days here is enough to take back a beautiful experience unless, of course, you fall in love with the city’s magic. Reaching Bhuj from Ahmedabad is quite easy since it’s a major town and buses, taxis ply almost throughout the day. Kutch is famous for the Great Rann of Kutch which is a vast salt marsh desert in the middle of the Thar desert. Apart from this, this place is touted as one of the most significant sites that belong to the Indus Valley Civilization. Thousands of travelers come to India to visit Kutch and its vividness. Beach has windmills on the shore that is why it also known as windmill beach. Some water sports activity like Scooter ride, parasailing, speed boat are available. one of the unique thing about this beach is you can have camel ride here. Beach having very long stretch upto vijay vilas palace.

Itinerary :

  • Day: 1 Bhuj City

    On arrival at Bhuj, transfer to the hotel. Full day City tour includes Hamirsar Lake, Kutch Museum, Aina Mahal (A walk through the maze of winding streets leads to the exquisite Aina Mahal Palace – Palace of Mirrors) It showcases a fascinating Indo – Dutch style of Architecture.), Pragh Mahal (Next door to the Aina Mahal, in the same walled compound, is the giant Prag Mahal, which may at first seem slightly out of place at the far western edge of India, looking more appropriate in France.), Ram Kund, Swaminarayan Temple. Evening is free for shopping spare or leisure. Overnight stay at Bhuj City

  • Day: 2 Desert of Kutch Rann

    After breakfast drive to Kalo Dungar (25 kms north of Khavda, the top of the Black Hills is the highest point in Kutch, at 462 meters. From here, the entire northern horizon vanishes into the Great Kutch Rann, the desert and sky often becoming indistinguishable. It is one of the few non-coastal locations where one can feel like being at the edge of the earth, on the brink of incomprehensible vastness that fades off towards infinity.), Guru Dattatrrey Temple, return drive to Dhordo village.   • Day: 3 Desert of Kutch Rann

  • Day: 4 Mandvi Beach

    After breakfast let’s drive to Mandvi. (Mandvi is known for its pristine beach with crystal clear waters of the Arabian Sea). Private Luxurious tented accommodation is the best option to relax on beach. This beach was the Maharao’s private beach and the Vijay Vilas Palace overlooking the beach, was a summer retreat for the Maharao.) Let’s visit Jain Temple (72 Jinalaya), Vijay Vilas Palace, Mandvi Beach. Enjoy evening at beach, here you can ride Camel Safari & also enjoy all beach activities (on your own) with view of sunset. Drive back to Bhuj, It’s time to back to routine. Drive to Railway Station / Airport and proceed to your destination. Return memories of an impressive holiday.
