South Africa, a Nations Online profile of the southernmost country in Africa. The Rainbow Nation borders Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland and Zimbabwe. The small Kingdom of Lesotho is enclosed as an enclave. The country covers an area of 1,221,000 km²; compared; it is somewhat larger than two times the size of France, or slightly less than twice the size of the US state of Texas.

Itinerary :

  • Day 1: Johannesburg (Arrival) :

    Arrive in O.R. Tambo International Airport. On arrival take a free shuttl to your hotel for Check in. Rest of the day for leisure to enjoy this family entertainment and casino complex. Dinner will be served at an Indian restaurant at the complex. Overnight in Johannesburg. (D)

  • Day 2: Johannesburg – Sun City:

    After breakfast, check out and transfer from Johannesburg to Sun City. Arrive at hotel and check in. Rest of day at leisure to enjoy this world-famous resort. Dinner will be served at an Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Sun City. (B,D)

  • Day 3: Sun City – Johannesburg – George (Garden Route):

    After breakfast, check out and transfer from Sun City to O R Tambo International Airport. Take a flight to George or Port Elizabeth (Flight cost not included). Transfer from George or Port Elizabeth Airport to Hotel on the Garden Route. En-route visit Bloukrans Bridge – The World’s highest commercial bungee bridge (Activities at own cost). Arrive at Hotel in George and check in. Dinner will be served at an Indian Restaurant. Overnight in George. (B,D)

  • Day 4: George (Garden Route) ( Full Day Oudtshoorn Tour):

    After breakfast, proceed to full day Oudtshoorn tour. Visit Cango Caves, Cango Wildlife Ranch (Entrance at own cost), Safari Ostrich Farm. Dinner will be se rved at an Indian Restaurant. Overnight in George. (B,D)

  • Day 5: George (Garden Route) – Albertina:

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Albertina for your safari experience. Arrive at the lodge and check in. In the afternoon enjoy your game drive. Later have dinner in the lodge. Overnight in Albertina. (B, D)

  • Day 6: Albertina – Cape Town:

    Enjoy a early morning game drive. After breakfast, check out from the lodge and proceed to Cape Town. Upon arrival check in and rest. In the evening embark on a visit to the world-famous V&A Waterfront. Enjoy dinner at an Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Cape Town. (B,D)

  • Day 7: Cape Town (Half Day City Tour):

    After breakfast, proceed for your half day city tour of Cape Town. Tours include Table Mountain – return cable car (weather permitting), Drive by The Castle, The Company gardens & Malay Quarters. Later in the evening proceed for Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Cape Town. (B,D)

  • Day 8: Cape Town (Full Day Peninsular Tour):

    After breakfast, proceed for full day Peninsular Tour which includes Cruise to Seal Island (weather permitting), Chapman’s Peak Drive (if open), Cape Point with return Funicular ride (if open), Visit to Boulders Beach to see the African Penguins. Later Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Overnight in Cape Town. (B,D)

  • Day 9: Cape Town ( Departure):

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Cape Town International Airport with pleasant memories of your African Adventure for flight to home. (B)
